The White House will never confess to Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) role in fighting Daesh (ISIS), said Menconi, criticizing Trump's administration's decision to name the a terrorist group.
He quoted Colonel Lawrence Wilkerson, the chief of staff of former Secretary of Staff Colin Powell, as saying that there many people, including the Neocons that want to go to war in Iran and that the US has been infiltrating Iranian politics since 1950s and 'if anybody is a terrorist organization, it’s the United States.'
Menconi added that Israel has a great influence on Neocons' policies and now there is 'a cozy relationship' between US President Donald Trump and Israeli Benjamin Netanyahu.
He said that such an approach has been going on in American policies since 2003 when the Neocons gain more power in the US.
'They have not been in favor of the Iran nuclear deal,' he said, adding that they have been taking 'an aggressive approach' since former president Barrack Obama worked on the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), aka Iran Deal.
Declaring the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) a terrorist group 'came out of nowhere', he said.
He said, 'To break up the Iran Deal was wrong,' and added, 'There is a constant push to go to war with Iran.'
Menconi said that the recent decisions are actually the continuation of the Neocons' aggressive moves that started in 2003.
'Thus is one of the most bizarre moves in American foreign policy in over a decade.'
He referred to Trump's 'putting kids in cages', and said that everything 'coming out of the American foreign policy' looks 'hyper erratic'.
'We sometimes don't take these moves seriously although they are extremely serious.'
Regarding US Congress attempt to stop the US government from participating to any wars without the Congress' permit, he said, 'The House and Senate just passed Yemen War Power Act to stop the US involvement in the war in Yemen,' and added that the constitution of the US 'only authorizes the congress to go to war.'
In the past few decades, the US has been engaged in some wars without the Congress permit but the governments have somehow managed to circumvent the law and enter the clashes.
Saying that it is hard to predict what will happen, he added that but the bill that presses the US government to pull out of Yemen War was welcomed by both parties, so one can say that the bill to bound the US participation in wars to the Congress approval will be passed too.
He said that even if the bill is passed, Trump will most probably veto that and that the in the past 50 years, the US has participated in many wars, for example Vietnam and Iraq wars, with lying about them and circumventing the legal process.
This is always about oil, ideology of Neocons and money, he said.

'We will continue to increase financial pressure and raise the costs on the Iranian regime for its support of terrorist activity until it abandons its malign and outlaw behavior,' President Trump said.
In reaction to the US designation, Iran's Ambassador to London Hamid Baeedinejad said the US move against the IRGC at a time when the Iranian military body is helping the flood-hit people with all in power is a gift to Israeli Benjamin Netanyahu to assist him in the elections.
The latest anti-Iran move by Trump also faced fierce reactions from Iranian officials.
Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif recommended that Iran's Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) should add American forces in West Asia, known as the United States Central Command (CENTCOM), to its terrorist groups' list.
In a letter to President Hassan Rouhani, he reciprocated the US move by labeling the United States Central Command (CENTCOM) as a terrorist organization and the US government as a terrorist sponsor.
Zarif described the move as 'another misguided election-eve gift to Netanyahu'.
To support the IRGC, 255 out of 290 Iranian lawmakers issued a statement on April 8, stressing that the Majlis will respond reciprocally to any measure against the IRGC as part of the Iranian military forces.
Majlis through its statement described the IRGC as one of the great achievements gained after the 1979 Islamic Revolution in Iran.
